Responsibilities
Assist the clinical services team with administrative tasks and maintaining documentation.
Organize and maintain compliance records, files, and databases to ensure they are up-to-date and accessible.
Prepare reports for management, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders.
Maintain accurate records of activities, training, incidents, and resolutions.
Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and filed according to regulatory requirements.
Prepare and process correspondence and documentation for clients, employees/candidates, clinics, and labs.
Coordinate with clinical services teams for kits to be prepared and sent to clinics for scheduled appointments.
Handle Protected Health Information (PHI) confidentially and accurately.
Track and follow up with clients, employees, candidates, clinics, and labs on compliance-related issues.
Support responses to regulatory inquiries and investigations.
Research and stay informed about changes in laws and regulations that may impact the organization.
Input data into internal databases accurately and efficiently.
Contribute to the implementation of best practices and initiatives.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
1+ year(s) of work experience, preferably in a related role.
Experience sorting and filtering data in Excel or similar tools.
Experience working with Microsoft Outlook or similar tools.
Proven ability to enter data accurately.
Experience working independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
Skills & Abilities
Strong organizational and administrative skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Effective time management skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
