Lead Generation Specialist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating new business leads through various channels, including cold calling, email marketing, and social media.
Responsibilities
Research and identify potential leads through online research, social media, and networking events.
Contact and qualify leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication methods to determine their potential.
Maintain and update a database of leads and prospects.
Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop and execute effective lead generation strategies.
Analyze lead generation metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in lead generation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects to nurture them through the sales funnel.
Utilize CRM tools to track lead activity and manage follow-ups effectively.
Develop targeted outreach campaigns based on buyer personas and market research.
Collaborate with content and social media teams to create materials that attract and engage potential
Qualifications
Proven experience in lead generation and sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in CRM software and marketing automation tools
Passion for building relationships and closing deals
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
What’s in store for you?
A Php 5,000.00 fixed night differential per month.
